Cloudy golden pour, two finger white head, fast to a thin lace.
Smells like sweet lemonade, nice spiciness, coriander and wheat.
Citrus in the start, with some lime and grapefruit hints, with lots of peel. Nice spicy yeasts with white pepper, coriander and the usual funky doughiness found in other Brasserie d'Ecaussines brews. Wheaty malts in the finish, lingering with the spices and some faint green hops.
Light to medium body, dry fizziness, refreshing.
A good (yeasty) witbier.

Poured from the bottle into a wiezen glass. Bought in Shanghai China.

A: The beer is a hazy gold color with a lot of sediment showing through. Head is white and 2 fingers.

S: Somewhat bready but plenty of citrus and pineapple malt. Spicy with just a hint of malt. Pretty good.

T: Initial impression is citrus but then there is some balancing bready malt in there. Some spice and additional yeasty spiciness. Pretty good beer.

F: Highly carbonated but very refreshing

Overall a pretty good witbier. Good find in China but not sure if I would pick it up among other options. OK beer overall.
