I am from the Nashville area, so rating this IPA is sensitive; however just an average IPA. I have had better. Drinkable.

Fantastic blend of east coast and west coast IPAs, with the Citra shining. Copper-gold, clear liquid with a slight chill haze. Big head of soapy, off-white bubbles with outstanding retention and tons of sticky lacing. Wonderful dankness and juicy citrus on the nose. Pine resin, berries, and tropical fruit present as well. I’ve had this beer a myriad of times and sometimes it’s been mild, while others it’s been extra weedy and wonderful. More often than not it’s been the latter, and when it’s good, it’s great. Taste follows with a wonderful addition of pithy bitterness and a balancing note of sweet malts to go with the juiciness. Finishes semi-sweet (malty) with a nice grapefruit bite. Soft and smooth, coats the mouth in a lovely way, not sticky, chewy, or hot at all.
Really strong offering, especially if you appreciate West Coast bitterness but don’t want to go full pucker. The grapefruit elements are especially fantastic. Easily one of the best non-hazy IPAs brewed in Nashville.

16oz can. Poured out a clear, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of fresh citrus, grapefruit, resinous pine and toasted bread.Very citrusy with a sharp, piney bitterness and toasted caramel finish.

Undated 16 oz can poured into a pint glass. A fairly clear golden color with a modest white head. Bright citrus aroma right out of the can - mainly grapefruit - also some faint pine. Tastes like a classic West Coast IPA with assertive bitterness through-and-through along with bright citrus notes. I really liked the grapefruit flavor in this one. Dry and clean on the finish with a slight lingering aspirin quality. Medium bodied. Recommended if you like that old school IPA bitterness.

Trying this in a Nashville restaurant. Hazy golden color with medium foamy lace. Nice combo aroma of citrus/vanilla. More carbonated than biiter. But it did have a nice light bitter finish. Good beer. Too bad it came slightly on the warm side. Or else I could add it's probably a crisp tasting beer. Esoecially in this sweltering heat.

I'm trying this at the brewery. It poured a slightly hazy golden with white head that is leaving a nice ring lace. The scent had hints of citrus peel. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with citrus presence. The mouthfeel is lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it's a solid beer and very sessionable.
