My favorite stout. Not too strong but plenty more than porter. Great with a nice cigar.

On tap poured into a snifter. An opaque dark brown color with a modest tan head. Aroma was mainly bourbon along with faint chocolate and roasty notes. The taste followed the nose. Lots of barrel, supported by a rich chocolate flavor and mild roast. Overall, a good imp stout with a nice barrel presence. A bit heavy perhaps but enjoyable.
