DATE: November 8, 2023... OCCASION: kicking off the glorious four-day teacher convention weekend with Murders Only in the Building... GLASSWARE: Liberty craft pint... pours an energetic dark amber body building a half-fingered, off-white head that displays a confidence... cinnamon, cumin, nutmeg, allspice, earthy mustiness, cola, toffee, and tea leaves--aromatic and autumnal... its draw is agreeable, soft and supple, not thin but easy on the throat... effervescent and medium-bodied.... this creates a pumpkin milieu with the cinnamon, cardamom, allspice, and tea leave... this is a revelation for GF drinkers in the fall who long for this style...nowhere near the power or effect of stronger, heavier pumpkin ales, this delivers...

A: The beer is slightly hazy dark amber in color. It poured with a short white head that quickly settled down, leaving a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of pumpkin spices are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows this smell and has moderately strong flavors of pumpkin spices along with underlying notes of pumpkins.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: With all of aromas and flavors of pumpkin spices in this beer you would never know that this is something that is gluten-free.
