DATE: May 19, 2024... OCCASION: watching Great Wall with the boys... GLASSWARE: Liberty Craft House inverted tulip... pours a golden body, teeming with tiny bubbles and building a half-fingered, off-white head... green tea, aromatic Belgian hops, lemon, orange, honey, and light tobacco--light and alluring.... the mouthfeel is refreshing, equally light with its aroma... slammable for sure... the green tea and lemon/orange is prominent, punchy and pleasing... this is a nice varietal of a style that often can be meh or marginal...

A: The beer is relatively clear yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that quickly died down and left a narrow collar around the edge of the glass and eventually completely faded away.
S: Light to moderate aromas of green tea are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, having a bit stronger flavors of green tea with underlying notes of honey and hints of citrusy hops. There is a slight amount bitterness.
M: It feels light-bodied (but not watery) on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is very easy to drink and has pleasant, delicate aromas and flavors of green tea.
