Brewed in collaboration with Razza Pizza Artigianale, regularly voted the best pizza in New Jersey and New York, Lievita is a refreshing blonde ale, brewed with 100% New Jersey ingredients. Not your traditional blonde, it is fermented with yeast extracted from Razza's own sourdough starter! This unique yeast creates a flavorful farmhouse-style craft beer take on a blonde that starts with mild notes of citrus and spice, and finishes with crisp malt flavor, all the while carrying just a touch of farmhouse funk. Lievita means “it rises” in Italian.
