Draft at the brewery and at PreFunk Boise both a couple times now.... Pours slightly hazed amber with an only okay head... Nose is tart underripe plum essence.. Lacto yogurt notes had good balance.. Tart but not "acidic".. There is some maltiness that shines through to help balance, but right now, this is a pretty well made kettle sour, albeit a bit rough for folks just dipping their toe into the style.

On tap at brewery. Over the top! Not a big fan of sours, but this is great Everything gels here, from the dry hopping to the malt and hop selection. Love this!
