Draft at Barbarian GC. Hazy amber golden, one finger persistent fluffy white head. Malty aroma with light citrus notes, caramel. Taste is mildly sweet, malty, toffee. Creamy feel, subtle, bitterness is there, again subtle. Texture, feel.

Canned 1/21 and poured into a nonic.
A: Mildly hazy gold with a creamy off-white head.
S: A Strata explosion on the forefront with peach, mango, and dankness, sticky-sweet pineapple, white wine, malty sweetness.
T: Completely in line with the nose for the most part, but is there diacetyl in this? That malty sweetness and dankness takes a turn into a faint buttery, resiny palate. Still hits with that tropical juiciness though, plenty of pineapple, peach and mango.
MF: Big malty body carries with some resiny bitterness.
O: Tough to say that what I was tasting was intentional, it was definitely dank and 'sticky', and I finished the can so I'm not going to knock it on score. I'll just move on, especially since there was some nice juicy character in this malty DIPA.
