kettle sour here literally brewed with country time lemonade and some peaches, how crazy. i guess not unexpected from a brewery that uses candy and stuff this regularly, but still, its surprising to read on a beer menu and cool to drink. looks a little thick, inactive, and heavier than it should like a lot of their latest adjunct sours, but it smells and tastes great, definitely that powdered lemonade aroma and flavor, tangy but not really, sweet but not too, with more of a natural peach vibe to it, seems weird this is relatively authentic peach with confessed cheap lemonade concentrate, and weird that its peach and lemonade and not peach and tea, like my palate seems to long for some black tea here, but this is really tasty, not that sugary, not overly sour and clean enough there, and frankly neat for summer and pretty good overall. these guys always spark huge intrigue with their recipes and descriptions and all, and often underdeliver, but in this case only slightly, and we end up with a relevant local sour, although with a slightly more national view this quickly fades in noticeability. i want a little more from this, like i want a little more from a lot of their stuff, but i also would rather drink this than a lot of local alternatives in a similar vein, so where do we go from here?
