Taster at downtown taproom. Light rose body, a few stray bubbles. Cherry pie through and through. Even the crust, vanilla. Nice sharp pucker, dry, gum licker.

Not a kettle sour, but a mix of barrel-aged spontaneously-fermented sours with cheries, vanilla and cinnamon.
On-tap at the downtown taphouse. Bright pinkish-red appearance, hazed with no head.
Tart and funky on the nose; cherry pushes through with notes of lemon as well...funky yeasts like lacto, maybe Brett. The palate follows with that sour cherry funkyness, although the cinnamon and vanilla emerge mid-palate. This is more sour than pastry sour, tart and drying.
