Mango Tango

a tasty gose here done with a ton of mango, along with some tangerine and key lime, not their most refined beer, but pleasant and feels like summer is close. orange tinted and quite cloudy and dense looking in the glass, could be cleaned up visually for sure, but good carbonation and a short white head sit on top of it, not sloppy, just imperfect, not bright and light the way the good ones are, looks like a whole lot of fruit puree in this. the nose is juicy real mango first, more tart than is common in the imports for sure, but relatively clean, and it highlights the citrus in this too, tangerine in front of lime, but mango leads the way, very tropical, light and wheaty underneath, i dont smell any salt, does salt have a smell? the flavor is cool, mango first, later, sourness the whole way, not much salt to it until the finsih, a little extra acidity from the lime too, but the fruit has some balancing sweetness and it seems fresh. its cool the wheat can be tasted too, keeps this still squarely in the beer realm, fruity as it is. it feels heavy with the sediment and density, but the carbonation is good and a little more cleaning up would really make this pop, the flavors are bright, i want it to feel bright too. nice mix of fruits in this, makes me excited for warmer weather to finally come...
