pride month benefit beer, blueish purple from pea flower, brewed with skittles, and packed with edible glitter. its as gimmicky as it sounds, but its still kind of cool. the color is lavender but its kind of dim and thick, so the glitter doesnt quite sparkle right unless you take it outside into the sunlight, which of course is never good for beer. this is also done with lime and lemon and orange and strawberry, all of which smell and taste a bit like candy, especially with the skittles in this, and make no mistake, this smells and tastes like a handful of red packet skittles, no doubt about it. its sweet and kind of gross in beer form, especially a beer this unrefined, but there is no denying this takes just like the candy, and the fruit puree additions only enhance that, which is cool. its a small doses thing, it always was going to be, but it tastes pretty good actually, as a skittles fan. the blue coloring could be brighter, but at least its more or less natural, skittles arent naturally colored i dont reckon. this is just for fun, and its fun indeed. cant be too harsh on it, a fun one to taste, a full glass is a big dose, but its a cool project and an important cause. barbarian always getting weird with it!
