Smoothie-style Sour modeled after the German dessert Rote Grutze or Red Berry Pudding. Made with vegan frozen yogurt and 672lbs of blackberry, blueberry, strawberry, and raspberry fruit. This was a collaboration with The Handlebar Boise, Prefunk Nampa, and the Boise Coop.

Dark pink/light red pour with a pint, frothy head that doesn't leave too much lace; the nose and palate have more tartness than I was expecting considering this is a 'pastry'-style sour, but I can see where they're going The raspberry seems to dominate along with a lacto-character; I was hoping for a bit more strawberry and lactose.
