Draft at Barbarian. Near black pour, wispy head, relatively flat. Sweet aroma, chocolate covered cherries, cherry liqueur. Candy aroma, cherries, chocolate, light ABV notes that sneak up on you. Taste is sweet, cherries, brandy. Strong, but not a lot lingers.

Review of the 2023 version; dark appearance, consistent with the OG Morrigan, minimal head. lots of maraschino cherry, bordering on Robitussin at times, but the almond and cherry components are there and they're nice...I actually think this one works and is smoothed out by all of the different adjuncts.
