Very subtle sour flavor of plum and lemon. Not overdone at all like some other sours, very balanced. Great carbonation and over all very good wild fermented sour.

Poured into a tulip, the appearance was a nice looking peach flesh color. No matter how hard I poured from the 22 oz-er, the head rapidly got out of there like a bat outa hell. No way did this head want to stick around and with that in mind, barely any lace.
The aroma spoke of some sweet champagne, apricot sweet and tart fleshiness, with some smooth grassy notes on the back end.
The flavor was sour initially and pretty much decided to go all of the way through taking the apricot and champagne notes to bounce off of each other all around. Mild tart to sour apricot aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sipping quality about it. Nice pucker factor with some acidic distracted quality. Carbonation felt fine, though it didn't look fine in the beginning, still, I noticed enough abrasion of it when feeling it's pulse.
Overall, it's a pretty nice American wild ale I'd be willing to come back to.

From the 650 ml. bottle. Sampled on October 24, 2015.
Carbonation foam flew out of the bottle after I opened it but then after I got it into the glass the almost looked flat. Orange color but no head.
The aroma brings out a sort of orange, toasted malt character with a low sour profile.
Medium body but decently smooth.
Tart but mellow sour flavors that are interspersed with the toasted crackers and citrus bite. But it never excels. Compared to some wild/sour ales this is subdued but it seems to miss something.

Bottle from Bert's
Vigorous carbonation tries to self pour this beer for me.
Hazy orange amber color that dissipates like the bubbles on a diet soda at Burger King. Light earthy tartness with hints of fruit and nail polish. Fruity lactic and citric tartness into the finish. Not sure what this is supposed to be, but I'm not a fan.
