From the 650 ml. bottle released in October 2015. Sampled on December 5, 2015.
The pour is a kind of red-purple color with a head that dissipates in a few seconds.
The aroma was more fruity than anything else with a sort of cherry or grape character.
Thin body.
There is definitely a sour and tart flavor here with almost no bitterness but it still seems very fruity. Maybe
Old World" sours were more fruity. This was my least favorite beer in this new brewery's lineup.

Bottle from Bert's
Slightly hazy auburn color with a decent sized tightly bubbled off white head. The aroma is bits of toffee and caramel with a somewhat meaty note to it. Very little sour or wild character in the nose. A bit of lactic and acetic tartness gives a bit of a pucker and lingers long into the finish. Very much a homebrew feel to this, hone your craft before you go pro.
