I'm always look forward to trying beers from a local brewery. Today, I picked up the raspberry lambic at a local beer store. As soon as I opened it, it gushed out. Clearly infected. I tried it anyway, and it was like just awful. The raspberry was very dominate. No subtly with this beer, and the only other flavor I could detect was imparted by the very infected yeast. I will not be revisiting this beer, or any other offerings from this brewery, ever.
