Blindman's sour series, hijacked by 7Up. Not sure what else to say - it's turbid looking, lacking carbonation, with a seriously fruity aroma. Taste wise, it comes across like a shandy or radler, with very little hint of sour. If my first samples hold true to form, this could disappear in a hurry on a warm summer day!

355ml can poured into tulip 30/5/17
A looks like dishwater, almost looks grey, no head or lace
S lemon and limes alright, smells like 7-up with much less sugar
T heavy on the sour citrus and light on everything else
M light as can be, soft from the bubbles, dry finish
O simple as can be but drinkable and refreshing
There's not much going on but you could slam this stuff on a hot day

1L howler from the usual spot, that 'good' ol' Sherbrooke Likka Sto. I really thought that this was just a re-incarnation of their #1 Kettle Sour, but I guess that I was wrong.
This beer pours a hazy, pale golden yellow colour, with three fingers of puffy, finely foamy, and yet somewhat creamy off-white head, which leaves a bit of remote islet lace around the glass as it very quickly blows off.
It smells of lemon-lime soda up the yin-yang (I'm not going to mention the brands), grainy and gritty pale malt, and very little else. The taste is grainy and crackery pale malt, some still heady lime-forward 'fruitiness', a hint of wayward son yeastiness, and, once again nothing else. Fuck.
The carbonation is average in its palate-taunting frothiness, the body a so-so medium weight, and generally easy to drink, in the sense of soft beverages the world around. It finishes off-dry, the whole affair trending very much to the dry side.
Overall, the whole of this typically lactic sour affair has been duly hijacked by the guest lime/lemon adjunct, which is actually a good thing, hereabouts. Much more refreshing than the norm, and worthy of checking out, especially if, like me, you're tiring of this whole bullshit sour thing.
