At times, this style of beer can be bold and chewy. This rendition, on nitro at the brewery, is smooth and understated. The dark malt dominates with a lovely hop undertone. I am very impressed with the creamy mouthfeel of this beer. I ordered a half pint and it was absolutely perfect.
