Fresh release 16 oz can from Blindman booth at farmer's market in Edmonton.
Pours a crystal clear golden colour with bubbly carbonation streaming up glass and 2+ fingers of puffy uniform snow cap like white head.
Muted aroma - crystal malt, slightly fruity and floral, cereal grain, mildly piney.
Tastes very clean - cereal malt, piney hops, grapefruit - building intense bitterness, yet pulls back in and each subsequent sip returns smooth malty sweetness before again hitting with piney bitterness.
Smooth and medium bodied with a wonderful hoppy/piney bitterness that lingers well past the beer being gone.
Excellent - but for the bitter hop lover only.
