Single 12 ounce can "Cellared Since: Nov 7, 2019" - so closing in on 5 years old.
Pours black with finger or so of tight mocha head that dissipates shortly.
Nose of caramel, cocoa, bourbon, hints of licorice and molasses, and some vanilla.
Tastes of bittersweet cocoa, sweetened coffee, caramel plus notes of oaky bourbon and vanilla - some earthy hop bitterness.
Full but not viscous mouthfeel with a warming boozy finish.
Of these barrel aged releases, not clearly my favourite but still really good.

Aged in Four Roses kentucky bourbon barrels for 168 days.
Appearance - Pours a jet black with two fingers of mocha tan head.
Smell - oak, vanilla, char, molasses, earthy and leafy hops, cocoa, roasted malts, hint of plum, fig, and raisin, and earthy yeast.
Taste - oak, vanilla, char, and molasses upfront. The earthy and leafy hops, cocoa, and hint of plum, fig, and raisin come through next. The roasted malts and earthy yeast round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes smooth and chewy with the oak, vanilla, and char lingering from the barrel.
Overall - Another exceptional barrel aged brew from Blindman. The characteristics of the Four Roses barrel shine through whilst allowing all other elements of the style to shine through and create a dangerous sipper of a brew.
