Collaboration with Field House Brewing

Sea to sky to plain with the Great Boreal Forest amidst and thrusting mounts of the Rockies dividing. This is our landscape.our home, and our touchstone. We brew these beers looking out at the beauty in our world.

Halfway between our breweries puts us somewhere in the Rockies - a place that gives us all a sense of comfort and expansion and, oddly, belonging. Kind of like a beer like this - an old-school West Coast IPA. A little darker, a little more bitter, and oh-so drinkable. Grab one and grab a spot on a deck or patio and take it all in.

Appearance - Pours a copper amber with four fingers of frothy white head,

Smell - piney, leafy, earthy, weedy, floral, and hint of citrus hops up front. Pine resin, grapefruit and citrus peel come through next alongside caramel, bready malts, and earthy yeast.

Taste - bold piney, leafy, earthy, weedy, floral, and hint of citrus hops upfront. Pine resin and grapefruit peel follow suit. The caramel, bready malts, and earthy yeast round out the brew.

Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes sticky with the hops, pine resin, and grapefruit lingering.

Overall - A well executed West Coast IPA that delivers on all fronts. This one is a must for all the hopheads out there. Well done collab!

Caramel copper/bronze pour - slightly less than clear - with two fingers puffy off white head.
Piney, resinous hops on the nose - caramel malt with a burnt orange aroma, notes of orange rind, grapefruit, tangerine.
Sweet caramel malt, orange marmalade meets palate, with following resinous piney hops, citrus, citrus peel, slightly floral with a bitterness attacking the back of the tongue and throat.
Solid medium mouthfeel with moderate carbonation - bittersweet citrus and a sticky resinous pine lingers.
Distinctly reminds me of one of my fav beers of all time - Celebration.
