Ah, Midsommer! (We're Scandinavian enough to call it that).
That wonderful time of the year when the sun is as high in the sky as our dreams for the future. When the heat of summer starts to really bake into the ground we walk on and our bodies open up to the long, log days. If we were cynical we'd say the summer begins to end at this point, but cynicism is for the past.
instead we are throwing our shades on, pouring this into our favourite glass and finding the nearest lawn chair. We'll gaze onto the horizon like we've never seen it before and just smile at the days to come.

Slightly hazy dirty golden amber pour with finger and a half of just off white head.
Aroma of pilsner yeast, floral and grassy, notes of the gin barrel - an almost melon like smell, with increasing hint of green apple and wood.
Tastes hits with a floral sweetness, grassy malt, oaky with notes of melon, again a little apple flavour and a kick of the spirit barrel - minimal finishing bitter bite.
Medium mouthfeel with brisk and tingly carbonation - crisp and effervescent with a fruity boozy apple sweet finish.
