Just about the last thing we want to say right now is "Wow, time sure flies!". We all know this, we all feel this. Every day in a million little and big ways the days go by and the years pass.
What we want to say is how the past few years have felt and how it doesn't matter how fast they've gone, because they've been so great. They could have passed in an instance so long as they left us with all the lasting memories, big and small, with all of you in this grand adventure.
With gratitude, this beer is brewed as big as our hearts feel. We hope you share it with those that leave you with memories everlasting. We hope you look out onto the world with your eyes on the future in all its wondrous possibilities. We hope you take our sincere appreciation for your support these past 6 years and we look forward to more years together.

2021 vintage poured at fridge temp. Pours a golden orange (opaque) with a solid 2 inches of fluffy white head. Retention is off the charts. The nose is bloody delightful. Lemon meringue pie, wheat, biscuits, malts, apricot and honey.

The taste is an explosion of lovely flavors. A perfect sweetness to it. Caramel candy, more lemon, slight leather, oak, grass, ever-so-slight citrus peel, honey, apricot, sourdough bread, and a nice spice. What a wonderful beer.

The mouthfeel is medium bodied and the aftertaste is a caramel sweetness mixed with oak.

Christmas dinner 2022!
Pours a clearish golden pale orange until dregs hit giving it a bit of haze - short lived tight bubbly white head.
Aroma of Belgian yeast - pear, banana, spice and a bit of pepper - a touch floral and bready.
Tastes of pear, spicy and floral hops, banana, pepper - sweet - fruity and yeasty with a not insignificant boozy note and soft bitterness.
Full and sweet mouthfeel with bright carbonation and a dry finish.
