Harvest time in Central Alberta means golden fields of shimmering barley and full bines of beautifully fragrant hop flowers. It's a special time that allows us to move along with the seasons' changing and embrace what we have. It gives us one chance to make this, a beer with fresh, wet hops - like, very fresh, mere hours after the fresh hops are picked they are in this beer. So, maybe we could all take the opportunity to embrace the occasions that present themselves.
Then, you might ask, what's up with the connect the dots label? Absolutely nothing more than simple fun. Why not, right?

Pours an essentially clear golden with finger plus of tight white head.
Aroma initially muted but as warmed notes of pine, tropical fruit, and a floral kick; hints of dank leafy hops.
Tastes of sweet cereal malt, pine resin, dank and leafy hops with floral and tropical fruit flavours. Touch of booziness, limited bitterness.
Medium full mouthfeel with subdued carbonation but body holds with a slightly sticky sweetness.
