Single can from brewery - brewed 03/01/24 - March 1, I assume but maybe January 3.
Pours a bright clear dark golden amber with two fingers of creamy just off white head.
Aroma initially muted but as warmed doughy and bready malt, some herbal hop notes - a hint of earthy woodiness.
Taste of sweet bready malt, again a bit doughy - again hint of earthiness with a spicy herbal hop bitterness at the back end.
Light medium mouthfeel with moderate carbonation - lacks a bit of crispness but else clean finish.
Very drinkable but not exceptional.
