Once a year, we indulge ourselves and brew a big, boozy, bold Belgian strong ale. This year, because it’s our 10th year as a brewery, we decided to be extra indulgent and brew a second Belgian beer using everything we’ve learned (and drank!) from our favourite beer region. We mashed the style with our own experience over the last decade brewing IPAs from day one. And now it’s your turn to indulge yourself. Enjoy.

Single 16 ounce can.
Pours a cloudy golden orange with two fingers of puffy white head that fades to a rocky sea foam.
Aroma of lemon/citrus, some yeasty funk, juicy fruit gum, and spice - coriander - with bready malt.
Fruity sweetness up front on the palate - some pear, apple notes - juicy fruit gum - slightly funky and yeasty with lemon, orange peel and a slightly harsh herbal bitterness accented by a pretty good hit of coriander.
Bright medium mouthfeel with brisk carbonation - lingering herbal spicy bitterness.
Maybe just the night, but this really not for me - wonder if better as a beer paired with food....

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
