A simple and refreshing pale ale, brewed with two distinct rye malts, a generous helping of flaked rye, and a healthy dose of Citra hops. Subtle notes of fresh bread and passion fruit accompany a fresh citrus aroma. Rye spiciness lends a prominent role to the flavour, while the citrus notes present more clearly as sweet mandarin orange and ruby red grapefruit. A hint of peach and lingering bitterness round out the aftertaste.

Virtuous Series (heroine from fiction but not sure who she is).
Deep orange amber pour- uniformly hazy without being milky/cloudy - three fingers tight foamy orange tinged off white head.
Aroma of piney hops with notes of rye spice, grapefruit/citrus, earthy and floral - slightly sweaty as warmed.
Sharp rye malt on the palate, slightly spicy resinous pine, grapefruit pith, earthy. Again as warmed a bit of sweaty dankness.
Smooth medium mouthfeel with modest carbonation - lingering spicy note and red grapefruit bitterness.
