Paris 30/3 2026. 50 cl from tap at Terasse de Lyon.
Pours clear, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a thin but unbroken layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet odor of pale malts mingling with a little saltiness and sour grains.
Fairly strong carbonation. Thin, watery and lively, tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a noticeable bitter undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Fine beer for French food. Does not make a nuisance.

Pours a dark amber with a thick foamy head that settles to a patchy film. Lager breadiness on the nose, and some balanced hoppiness on the tongue, with a long grainy sweet finish. Very drinkable and refreshing.
