Interesting place, service bar was set-up like a food vendor at a farmers market. Large open sided barn to left of service bar with a hodgepodge of tables and chairs and additional table seating along the front of the barn. A dozen beers on tap, I had the red Ale which was very tasty. Food truck. Friendly, efficient service.

have been dying to check this place out since they opened, super rural farmhouse type brewery out in the middle of no place in particular, i love the vibe from top to bottom. there is a cool barn that houses the tiny brewery, but they had almost ten beers on when i was there, prolific and impressive, across a whole range of styles too. they have recently built a covered seating area outside with no walls and a small stage, mulch, picnic tables, and an auxiliary bar and parking area. its pretty awesome here on a busy day with tunes playing. they also have food trucks welcome to come in, and we had some baller tacos from a truck there. small red bar, hops growing up the side, southern porch on the front, it all just feels right. seating for no more then five or seven at the bar, which was cool. the beer was all real good, the high ball (modeled on the cocktail) was my favorite of them all, but they have some real nice ones going in here. service was slow because they were so busy, but the two brothers running the show were super nice and i didnt mind the way because i enjoyed the chat. we stayed way longer than we should, we drank way too much, and we went home thrilled with this place. thats the mark of an awesome operation, what a great way to pass the time. ill be back as soon as possible!

edit: even more evolved a bunch of years later, more space outside, another bar area out there now, just an awesome place to hang out and now some really diverse beers in the menu, including some packaged offerings, super impressive little operation, about as relaxing a vibe as you will find at any brewery, more vermont than new york to me, love it every time!
