Appearance - Pours a dark cola brown with four fingers of foamy tan head.
Smell - coffee bean, cocoa, vanilla, earthy and leafy hops, roasted malts, and earthy yeast.
Taste - roasted malts, coffee bean cocoa, and vanilla upfront. The earthy and leafy hops and roasted malts come through next. The earthy yeast rounds out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes velvety smooth with the coffee bean, vanilla, cocoa lingering.
Overall - A highly drinkable stout that delivers on the vanilla, coffee, and cocoa front. I like how all elements of this brew work in unison to create a highly quaffable brew!

Catching up some rates from last weeks trip to Newfoundland. Taster at the source. Solid black color with a tan head that persists. Rich caramel chocolate and light roast with a hint of sweetness. Really nice stout.

Coal black with a small head. Coffee and vanilla nose. Smooth roasted coffee body and silky oatmeal mouthfeel. Many other better oatmeal stouts.
