Bottle: Poured a bright golden color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of sour notes with some vinous notes and oak is quite enjoyable. Taste is a nice mix of tart notes with some clearly identifiable oak notes with some vinous notes bring more balance. Body is about average with great carbonation. Super enjoyable saison with great barrel-aging in the Chardonnay barrels.
