Strawberry Rhubarb Sour
This kettle sour is truly something special. Brewed with loads of strawberry and rhubarb, this beer has the perfect amount of sweet upfront, with a nice hint of sour to finish it off. And believe us when we say its as delicious as it looks! The vibrant pink colour makes this beer as pleasing on the eyes as it is on the tongue.

Hazy carmine red with a tall pink head. Both strawberry and the rhubarb come though on the nose. Tart light body, more rhubarb here. Very refreshing!

Appearance - Pours a strawberry pink with a finger of bubbly white head.
Smell - strawberry, rhubarb, earthy hops, bready malts, and earthy yeast.
Taste - tart strawberry and rhubarb upfront. The earthy hops and bready malts come through next. The earthy yeast finishes the brew off.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes sticky and tart with the strawberry and rhubarb lingering.
Overall - A pleasant sour that showcases both the strawberry and rhubarb very well. This is one definitely lives up to the name "Let's Jam" as this brew is very "jammy".
