Collaboration with Trailway Brewing Co.
This tropical NEIPA has delicious aromas of coconut, orange and papaya with a resinous finish. Silky and satisfying, this one’s a collaboration brew with our buds at Trailway Brewing.

Neon Friday is a series, not an individual beer. This one, brewed with Trailway, is 6.5% ABV. Hazy pale gold with a strong head and lacing. Popping citrus hop nose. Medium malt body with more citrus hops on the finish. Actually thinner than many other IPAs.

Nearly clear yellow brew with an abundance of white foam in the tumbler. While the brewer calls this “New England” style, it is definitely not the usual murky sort. Crisp and clean, quite aromatic. Hops are listed as Sabro and Vic Secret.
Light crackery malt with a hot zing of lime peel. Quite a dry finish with moderate bitter aftertaste. Spritzy and zesty. Aromas of citrus, with grapefruit the keynote. Flavors of pine, mild green chile pepper, and a touch of grapefruit peel.
I think this brewery is one of the best in the Maritimes. It’s a collaboration with Trailway Brewing. From the 473 ml can purchased at the brewery tasting room in downtown Charlottetown.
