Cavalier is a light straw colour with a bit of haze. It has a light body and notes of fresh cut grass, florals and sweetness. With gentle bitterness and a light lingering sweetness.

Clear pale yellow with a modest head. Light cereal nose, a little grass. Very light malt body, no off-flavours. Good crispness. OK for style.
