Your first place is home. Your second place is work. Your third place is reserved for that special haunt where you come together with your community. Where you see familiar faces, where new ones are always accepted, and where laughter is always found. Third places enrich the human experience and contribute to a life worth living.
This Imperial IPA is crisp and brightly bitter with notes of citrus and mango. Like your third place, it’s balanced and welcoming. Whether you enjoy it in our Taproom or another third place, raise a glass to the spaces and people that make life wonderful.

Hazy gold with a thick even head. Mostly pine on the nose with some tropical notes. Full malt body, very brisk. Alcohol is well-hidden, very dangerous. Easy to finish too quickly!

Appearance - Pours a copper amber with three fingers of frothy white head.
Smell - earthy, piney, citrus, leafy, and floral hops, hint of pine resin, grapefruit peel, hint of mango, bready malts, caramel, and earthy yeast.
Taste - pleasant earthy, piney, citrus, leafy, and floral hops upfront. The pine resin is there followed by the grapefruit and citrus peel. The hint of mango, bready malts, caramel, and earthy yeast round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes sticky with all elements lingering.
Overall - A nice balanced Imperial IPA with the hops just taking a slight margin up from the malts. This is my first offering from Charlottetown, PEI. The ABV is well hidden in this one which makes it a dangerous tipple!
