I had this beer on-tap in a 12oz glass at the brewery.
Appearance: rich brown hue with a clear body. Head is a finger of creamy tan foam. Great!
Smell: slightly nutty with a light caramel character. Quite good.
Taste: nutty, slightly roasty and slightly caramelly -- what a good Mild should be. Quite good.
Mouthfeel: medium body with little carbonation. Not bad for cask.
Overall: massively drinkable and tasty. Love a good traditional mild.
