Can of unknown age (via a gift) into a tulip glass.
L: Pours a vibrant mahogany brown with 1 finger of variable density white head with good retention but left limited lacing.
S: Nose is very herbal forward, pine resin follows (and become more noticeable as it warms), some earthy and sourdough bread undertones. Not overly appealing, but not off-putting either.
T: Follows the nose to a degree, more prominence of the sourdough and earthy aspects. Finishes with some bitterness, no astringency or acidity, clears palate quickly.
F: Medium bodied with medium carbonation, slick finish.
O: Honestly not what I was expecting from a West Coast IPA with Citra and Azacaca. I definitely enjoyed the beer, and it's well crafted. Hadn't heard of Harmonic Brewing before this, will definitely try more things from them in the future.

From draft at Piccino, a great Italian restaurant in the Dogpatch. Poured a clear golden yellow with a minimal head. Nice citrus nose and palate. Hoppy bitterness on the finish but not overly do. Very enjoyable.
