50 cL cold tap hit at V&B Toulouse, France. Arrived fully white capped over hazy yellow orange haze.
Nose hits with impact; the unmistakeable Citra hop delivering with grapefruit, lime, assorted tropical fruits.
Taste is colorfully dream worthy, all fruit, fab harsh bitterness cabooses the experience, and 8% ABV rounds out a right fine drink.
Mouth is full and lush, creamy, carbonation is prickly and on point.
Overall, this is an excellent use of American Citra hops, and a great example of a New England-style IPA.

Quite hazy
Very hoppy with a good emphasis on the tropical fruits
The taste follows with a resinous oiliness
Moderate carbonation, a bit dry
Overall a very hoppy beer which lacks a certain je-ne-sais-quoi
