A Porter gets its name from the processing of the malt, where the malt is dried at very high temperatures ​ and slightly charred. The result is a complex, dark brown medium-bodied beer. A favorite beer style among our staff, Porter is also the surname of our proprietors, the Porter family, so let’s raise a glass and say “Cheers!”
