Jokes aside: This is a traditional berliner weisse with a twist of mango and orange peel to give it a fruity, citrussy boost. We even backsweetened with a little lactose, and slightly kettle hopped it with Amarillo for even more citrus.

Nice looking faint yellow with white and quickly dissapearing head.
Smell of citrus and mango.
Taste is crisp, mango, citrus, mild hops and a bit of yeast.
Not as sour, but nice and tangy.
Great imperial berliner weisse by the Cervisiam. Artwork is top notch!
