Brut(e) Force is a kind of dry IPA brewed using an enzyme which completely dries out the beer, bringing your palate its fruity and citrus hops with brutality and use of excessive force.

Straw-yellow with small white head that faded quickly.
Smell is quite intriguing, top of the nose is the hops and a bit of malts too. Then there is a bit of citrus and cucumber and wierdly parmesan cheese - but not in a bad way. When swirled heavely there is a bit of caramel and popcorn.
Taste is typical IPA, with citrus and floral notes.
Feels very dry and fades quickly from the pallad, leaving a dry and bitter aftertaste.
This is a nice take on the BRUT-IPA. Refreshing and very easy to drink. Artwork and name is always a thing Cervisiam does 5/5, and this is no exception. BRUT(E) FORCE hits your mouth with all its might and leaves quicker than you can rate it leaving you wanting more.
