This cloudy fruited gose is tart and refreshing. A guava heavy aroma leads to a crisp, tropical flavor that finishes with a touch of lingering salt. 168lbs of guava and just 13oz of pink Himalayan salt went into this beer to create the perfect ray of sunshine to brighten these rainy NW days.

On tap at the brewery.
A mildly hazy yellow with a thin, white head with decent retention and minimal lacing, this looks OK. The nose is dominated by the guava notes - fresh, fruity, juicy, mildly pulpy with minimal seed character - with less emphasis on the base beer. I can't really get a whole lot of the raw wheat, or the salt, and I didn't see coriander on the ingredient list. This is true on the palate as well - a very nice guava expression is present, along with a mild tartness, mildly yogurt like. The guava adds a bit of chew and grist to the palate. Drying, fruity and clean on the finish, this is solid.
