A big dry-hop of Cascade and Amarillo adds a terrific aroma that leads into a delicious caramel malt body. This NW amber is sessionable and crisp and never drinks too heavy.

Pours a reddish amber with a medium head that is of white. aroma is malt and notes of tropical zest with a hint of pine. Taste is malty and hoppy. I prefer a Red ale over a NW Red as I enjoy the malt taste with minimal hops. It's a good beer, not a great beer. Purchased at Trader Joe's. 26 IBUs Rated 8-24-2022.

Handsome clear red-orange color with plenty of foam in the Orval chalice. Pleasant sudsy mouthfeel. Starts with a touch of malty sweetness. This moves into that gummy, resiny taste but not much in the way of hop aroma. Some bitter aftertaste, though. Still, it's a malty and dry and spritzy concoction for a quick gulp. From the 12 oz can dated 03/16/22.

Look: Clear rich amber with a nice-looking and frothy off-white head that settles to a lid, leaving good lacing on the glass
Aroma: Fresh baked bread, earthy hop notes, a little caramel, and some fruity esters as well
Taste: Bready malt, caramel, and earthy hops come out quick and hang around for a bit before slowly fading. As they do, some nice fruity esters that remind me of plums and apples show up and hold the spotlight before closing with more bready notes
Mouthfeel: Full bodied, medium-high carbonation, and a smooth and slightly soft finish - though the carbonation does cut into that a bit
Overall: I dig it. This is my third beer from these folks and I scored this mainly because I’ve been impressed by the others I’ve tried. Admittedly not the most ‘exciting’ style but this is tasty and well made. My only knock is the somewhat prickly carbonation that took from the smooth and soft finish but I think it will diminish when this warms up more or fully

Very hazed amber with two fingers of cream color head. Partial rings of lace appear as the levels drop.
Smell is malty sweet.
Taste is malty sweet with some herbal hops.
Mouthfeel is medium with just enough carbonation. The finish is slightly dry and sweet.
Overall a pleasing Amber Ale. Canned on 07/17/2020.

12oz can (canned on 1/10/2020) poured into 14oz teku. Poured a dark, but clear, deep amber color with over an inch of khaki head that had decent retention and lacing.
The aroma was pretty much as expected, slightly sweet malts as a base, with bright hops on top. But, instead of the expected citrus hops, there was a pleasant pine aspect.
On the tongue, the malts were sweeter and more dominant. The softer hops coulda used a bit of tangier kick.
The body was the typical medium of the style, with a semi-sweet finish.
Drinkability was good, smooth and easy.
Overall, a nice brew. If you're just in the mood for a drinkin' beer, you can do a lot worse.

Nice red color, clear. Has a finfer or so of tight foam head and skim of lacing. You get a bit of beer-y aroma amd not much else. Taste is off - not malt, not hops. Not much of anything. Aftertaste is a vague soapiness.
Most of what we have had from here has been "ok", but this doesn't reach that level.
Sorry, guys.
