An unusual light golden ale that crosses the boundaries of beer/wine/cider in taste. The lightest of Malta combined with the scarce Nelson Sauvin hop and a process that includes a piggyback fermentation delivers an ale with low bitterness and a complex fruit character.

500ml bottle. Each label includes a real feather to denote the beer. A nice touch.
L: Clear, golden, no carbonation, a thin head reduces quickly to a ring and spotty lacing.
S: Sweet, pale malt with hints of citrus.
T: Honeysuckle, Sauvignon Blanc, light bitterness.
F: Soft, smooth, silken mouthfeel with light carbonation.
O: A delicate style of golden ale. Nelson sauvin hops produce NZ white wine characteristics that probably polarise beer drinkers. Is very easy-drinking so conflicts with relatively high (for the style) ABV.
