32 oz. crowler. Very pale hazy golden. Small white head. Smells of wheat and lemon acidity. Tastes of lemon and lime. Grainy wheat malt profile. Very light. Well carbonated. Simple, but easy-drinking.

Reviewed from notes. Poured from 32 oz. crowler into a Cigar City goblet.

A: Very clear, light golden yellow with a one-finger white head with decent retention. Lots of small bubbles run up the sides of the glass. This is pretty.

S: Light lemony citric tart with a background of light two-row malts. Not a big aroma overall.

T: Citric tartness, lactic acid, and juicy lemons – like sucking on a lemon slice that had been dipped in lemon juice. Light cracker malt with I think a bit of wheat character, and a small but absolutely present amount of husky grist that I didn’t pick up in the nose. Minimal if any funk. More juicy tartness at and after the swallow which really does maintain the fruity, juicy character.

M: Light body, no alcohol to speak of. Carbonation sensation seems a bit on the low side.

O: Enjoyable, but unexciting. The fresh-squeezed lemon juice aspect is nice. But it becomes rather one-dimensional, largely lacking funk, or depth of Lacto profile. But still easy to drink.
