L: This is a Raspberry/Basil Berliner with a beautiful ruby red color.
S: Nose is very typical of a kettle soured beer, lactic acid, sour, greek yorgurt, with a nice layer of herbal basil. Slight tart fruit nose.
T: A mix of sweet basil, mint, herbal tea, and raspberries. A tame tartness. Lacto/yogurt, a bit of baby vomit on the finish.
F: Light, smooth, crisp, refreshing
O: Overall a nice beer. I really loved the basil, and the raspberry/basil combo elevated this beer above the base berliner.
