From the 16 oz. can with no noticeable date. Sampled on December 30, 2018.
Pale yellow, heady pour but it is not as cloudy as I might have expected. Fairly good clarity.
Aromas of fruit, maybe citrus, some bready malts, and everything merges together well
The mouthfeel is medium or better.
The taste is not as bright as the aroma suggests but it doe bring out some sweet bready character and modest bitter end.

Pint can
A white haze over a mostly straw golden color that features a fizzy white foamed dome. A very active appearance. Dissipates a bit quick. There is some nice lacing and only a minimal foam cover in the end.
The nose is full of juicy, fruity and earthy hop aroma's. Pineapple first, tangy citrus, hearty earth notes, golden wheat and field grains come together nicely. The light, golden malt approach seems to bring in some excellent grainy barley aromatics, but its certainly the dry earth and wild-style fruit notes from the hops that is noticed most.
The flavor follows suit, with a crispy, grainy, malty bite at first. The hops bring a certain peppery fruit flavor that provides pineapple and starfruit, black pepper with more grains like wheat in the finish. The lighter edged golden malt allows the hops to really shine through this IPA.
The feel is light and crisp, sparkly, somewhat dry in the finish and very easy to drink.
The double dry hopped effect goes a long way to add some depth to the body, and is certainly among the new school of lighter malty ipa's.

16oz undated can.
Pours cloudy gold with a full, fluffy head of white. Nice retention with fat ropes of lacing. Grapefruit and peach in the nose. Pithy and citrusy. Medium bodied with a creamy but chalky mouthfeel. Grapefruit on the palate with zero malt and a firm, drying bitterness. Finishes pithy and dry.
Nice pale but was expecting more aromatics from a DDH beer.

Poured into a 13 oz tulip glass not sure when it was canned. Pours a very attractive hazy yellow with a 2 finger sticky white head that leaves thin patches of lace all over the glass.
Smell is papaya, orange, pineapple, passionfruit, and some grapefruit rind.
Taste follows tropical with a little lingering bitterness, papaya and passionfruit dominate upfront with a healthy dose of grapefruit in the finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, fairly soft on the palate, a tad dry and sticky, and at 5.2% ABV drinks easy with more like 7% in flavor.
Overall this is a very nice NEIPA sessionable, but delivers on flavor. Nice beer.
