Simcoe IPA. On tap at brewery.
(L) The color is slightly hazy orange. Good retention and nice lacing.
(A) Smell was very tropical and hoppy.
(T) JUICY! Fruit salad, but not overly sweet. Some citric bite and bitterness from the Simcoe hops that just balances all the tropical fruit.
(F) Creamy and medium bodied. Nice carbonation.
After trying their other two IPAs on tap (Tropical Impression and Loud & Brewing), this was the clear winner. More NE style and way more tropical and juicy. Really nice IPA.
