Brought from Brazil by the in laws, shared with rudzud, best by October 14, 2020
Fair fizzy bubbly head with good retention and streaming bubbles, mostly clear golden pilsner color
Nose floral herbal hops, lemongrass and citrus, generic light fruity, little doughy malt and yeast, light peppery, bubblegum esters, citrus fruit, cracker wheat
Taste mild sweet malt, big wheat cracker and doughy like, grassy floral hops, lemongrass, light citrus, yuzu or start fruit like, light floral spices, little yeasty
Mouth is med bod, higher fluffy carb and a bit creamy
Overall not bad, pretty decent for a wit, hops are a little subdued but good

Thanks to JLindros for sharing this bottle.
A - Poured into a wine glass at Red Pepper a nice slightly hazy pale straw hue with a thick one finger white head that fades to leave light lacing and thin blanket.
S - Big aromas of creamy wheat and flashes of bright citrus. Loads of almost banana like aroma.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with nice esters and flashes of banana. There are good brighter citrus peel and juice along with a little sweeter older hop element. Big creamy wheat.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, little creamy, clean finish.
O - Overall this was a solid enough witbier though the yeast notes are a bit high. Light lemon grass hops and citrus peel, pleasant overall.
